Now, I really did enjoy this book but there was not a lot of value to me in reading it since it was very much about finding out your strengths and talents and learning to expand on them to the fullest. This is not new to me and is already largely in practice so while the book is excellent and very worthwhile reading, I did not gain a lot from it personally and the profiling did not surprise me with things I did not already know. The book focuses on learning to focus on areas where you have true talents and to use those areas to develop your skills for near perfect performance in that area. The combination of these things is what will let you excel the most so should be your area of focus. As far as I’m concerned, that is absolutely right!
