Genre: Business & Investing
Author: Patrick Lencioni

Lencioni writes another easy to read story with compelling characters to teach a set of guidelines for improving the biggest pain and problem in most businesses, meetings. He destroys many of the myths as to what makes meetings good and bad and demonstrates through his story how a company shifted their culture and personal relationships by changing the way to run meetings. As usual, its a very easy read and his delivers the content very well through the conflict presented in the characters in the fable.
