This is an excellent book. Very detailed and specific on the proper actions to take in presenting and persuading an audience, which the title concludes leads to winning ’em over. Conger walks you through step by step process to analyze your audience, put your information together in an organized manner and then how to prepare for a great delivery. It also outlines early in the book what is typical and how to change some of those bad habits. Well worth a read for any manager or person needing to improve your persuasion skills in a professional environment or helping to do more winning in the business arena.
