This is a great book for any product manager or product developer even for software products. Its targeted specifically for companies with less than 100 employees and fit perfectly to my daily work.
It really outlined many of the (already known) daily tasks required to manage software products and it provides a number of tools and procedures to follow to ensure that the right management process is in place for the entire life cycle of each product, not just the development aspects. Its a short simple read, definitely worthwhile.
