I can't even begin to count the number of times I would have made better decisions if I would have just asked others. I find this particularly true when it comes to people older than me. These days if I am going to make a decision I begin by asking some old people - they feel honored and I learn from their experience. I'm asking for help more now than ever before in my life. Most of what I am searching is not answers, but perspective or even questions that I haven't thought of. We need each other.
