		<description>For me personally, I always look at tangible value of something before putting forward the effort toward it. If I see that overcoming a certain tough hurdle will pave the way for a far easier future beyond it, I will try my hardest to overcome that hurdle as it is worth it. Similarly, if a service is worthly a great deal to me, I am willing to pay for it even though it may be seen as exhorbitant by those who don&#039;t see the same value that I do.

		<description>Thanks Alik,  the technique of using pain and pleasure helps a lot in truly looking for and finding goals that are meaningful.  So many people set superficial goals with no basis behind them, I&#039;ve found this process helps a lot in avoiding those.</description>
