The 12 steps seem to be all you need to get you promoted. If I could just add two things here, they'd be; 1) Find you why's. List your reasons why you have to be successful in what you do. They will be your daily energizer. 2) Define your success, visualize it. Have a vivid imagine on your success in the future. If you can imagine it, you can do it. Great post, Mike! I think whatever we get in result is the outcome of our attitude for that subject. And to make positive attitude the way of life is one of the toughest thing to do. Bottomline is that our success or failure is directly or indirectly related to our attitude so, try to be optimistic without overlooking faults...
