		<description>Alik, its pretty hard to convince people to smile at everyone, the first five people though seems doable.  I think you&#039;ll find once you make a habit of smiling at the first five, its automatically applied to nearly everyone you see in a day, so it will work naturally.  Smiles are contagious and the more you give them, the more you get back and the less effort it takes.   Even smiling at people who don&#039;t see YOU works and you&#039;ll still develop the habit.

I find it quite fun now to pull up beside someone in traffic, look over and simply smile at them.  You get a smile back at least 75% of the time!</description>

		<description>Smile to the first five people? Sounds simple and practical enough for me. Will give it a try tomorrow morning. 
BTW. why not smiling and saying hello to all people you interact throughout the day? will it start draining my energy at some point? I doubt that... :) will try to count them all tomorrow :)</description>
