I went from two finger poking to 40 wpm in 4 weeks and tripled my effectiveness. Of course I ended up wasting about the same amount of time on distractions as I did before, but I did get more done in that wasted time. Great tips - I've started closing the browser and e-mail client when I work. Thanks Mike. The best tip I ever got was “learn to touch type”.
