Thanks for the comment Alik! Yes, passion is the most important thing I look for in people when interviewing as well (and I’ve had similar responses to the one you mentioned!). Passion is hard to find, hard to encourage and hard to teach, but when people get it and experience it, there is no stopping them!!! Passion drives LIFE!

Too true! Passion is DA THING! Lately i was interviewing a guy. Everything went just fine. I was positive and then I asked why he wants to work for us. I was expecting “i believe you can help me change the world”. Instead it was “i heard you guys have better salaries”…. I said “that is DA BIG THING that will drive you every day to come to work and start another day energized and with passion?”…. silence.
