I think the simple live longer than a complicated fellow,great piece Mike. Don’t know if I can cope with not having a cellphone but turning it off is a wonderful idea.

Daniel, #5 is a tough one. It makes a HUGE difference though. Its awesome to hear your already practicing some of the others! #4 is so much more than just being simple, its much more respectful as well. Good on ya!

I’m not quite able to fulfill #5 yet.

Though I’m practicing #4 by turning off my mobile especially during lunch or dinner, when I’m with my family.

It helps better than to answer calls and telling them that I’m busy to callers.
