		<description>Armen, thanks for your comments.  I think many trainers make the mistake of looking for some instant return.  That could be feedback, thanks or appreciation or some monetary return.  If you really want to succeed in training someone, you need to concern yourself only with what your student learns and retains as temporary knowledge isn&#039;t really worth training for, is it?</description>

It is visible that the underlying message in your guide is that training is a longer-term relationship procedure, where the goal during training is to focus solely on the one being trained.  It can be difficult for trainers to accept not receiving instant returns when training another.</description>
