		<description>I agree Mike - this is more than about leadership - it&#039;s about our life and the choices we make.  It can be easy to get caught up in &quot;excuse trap&quot;.  And that is a downward spiral.  And where does it get us?  Making more excuses, and in general - not getting where we want in work/home/life.  Once we take personal responsibility for our actions (or inactions) we can begin to turn that downward spiral around.</description>
