I can understand that it applies with kids but unfortunately I think that adults tend to be just as likely to have that dual personality though (work and home). I certainly discovered that about myself the last few years and have been more aware and working to eliminate it and stay consistent in all areas. The principle of maintaining a single identity (brand) applies even more to kids; who tend to adopt dual personalities: one at home and one at school (or when with friends).
