When we brainstorm on shows like Beauty and the Geek and Scream Queens, against tight deadlines and changing network mandates, it&#039;s easy to forget to nurture the creativity.  This is such a great post I&#039;m printing it out and hanging it in our Scream Queens 2 production offices.</description>
