I like the dream phase very much.At that moment you can afford to be free and relaxed and draw any pictures in your mind and fantasies which make you happy.

Wonderful! I think this is an amazing way to go with for the future new world - focusing on the positives and finding the strengths instead of the negatives.

We can all easily criticize something, but it takes more consciousness I think to stop and see the beauty, the strength, the positive aspect of something or someone.

Thanks :)

Very interesting article, Mike.
I am agree with your explanation about dream. Dream should be boundless. Many people limit their dream so they can't live extraordinarily.

Thanks Mike. :)

Overcoming Obstacles to Your Success...

Being successful isn’t easy and it involves a lot of hard work, dedication and sometimes sacrifices. With these tips, a good plan, and positive people around you to help, you can accomplish anything you set your mind to.

Hey Mike, I like the premise of this system. This explanation really makes sense:"This system differs from traditional problem solving by looking at the positive core of actions and plans, instead of analyzing the problem, what went wrong and how to fix a negative issue. This generates more and more negative attention, unlike how appreciate inquiry works to bring out only the best in things."

So, it seems we are looking at problem solving without focusing on the problem. Great concept, thanks for introducing it to your readers.

Thanks Bunny! It's just been awesome seeing this process become adopted at work and I'm so excited to see and hopefully reveal more about how it is working, even after my next article on the subject. It's a powerful method and one what fits nicely with many personal development blogs since the positive core is something so easy to build on and powerful from the influence angle.

Thanks for the comment, I hope you do find some time to research this further. There is a HUGE resource site for appreciative inquiry here: http://appreciativeinquiry.case.edu/ and of course any good search on it finds much more great content as well... Enjoy!
