		<description>I like what you&#039;ve said here.  I made sure to read this a while back due to a few reasons, but I have to say the cover is a great additional reason.  It is cool how that one person in the middle is running the tribe around him.

Your point about how more leadership is expected of people is a solid one.  The wall of acceptance is a bit higher because people that are not up for leading big are weeded out.  There are more variables in play at this time.</description>
