This is a great resource list, and will keep me busy for a while following all the links, but the one that really caught my eye here is “100 ways to screw up your life” – OUCH!!!

Good call here on the resources.

Your article for your company’s new product website is right on point there. The customer comes first, and getting feedback from them makes a big difference. Some feedback people have given me has save me many hours.

Those 100 items lists are unstoppable. It is like a train that we have set in motion.

I appreciate that about the linkage to the competition material, as I looked back on it recently as well.
