Thanks for the great list, Mike. I especially like this "7 Reasons a Blog Is a Phenomenal Personal Development Tool" as they are so true in reality.

@Textbook - Thanks for the comment on the value of ebooks. I know they are worthwhile as I get a lot of emails from them as well since they are heavily linked to other free pdf download sites. They actually generate about 3000 downloads a month which I am quite astonished by actually!

@Justin - Thanks and I'm glad you say the value in that one as well. It's always great to pass along an article that someone else can connect with. It adds that relevance for me knowing you found it valuable as well. It's cool to share that with you.

@Armen - You are so true when it comes to resources. It's tough to remember some of the fanatastic content we find online and I'm seeing that putting real links out monthly and new articles generates more connections and comments and online interactions that any social media work, so its definitely something I'll continue to do. I'm actually astonished by the sheer volume of links that Kikolani puts out on here site, I'll have more to reference from her in future resource lists.

And Armen, your <a href="http://www.timelessinformation.com/200th-post-on-timeless-information/ rel="nofollow">200th post</a> and all the awesome resources you referenced was an incredible article and list. Hope everyone checks it out as well. Its in my list for March for sure!!!

@Robin-WOW! I've viewed your site (scanned it really) a few times and never deeply connected or explored your writing. Jonathan had so much great things to say about you I was quite surprised I had never yet experienced knowing that for myself about you. I can see now what he was getting at, you are a magnetic connector with an extremely expressive soul that resonates with me. I deeply appreciate your comments and look forward to sharing more discussions with you. When connections like this are made, blogging just makes me smile. Thanks for that!

Ohhh!! That got away from me before I finished. I wanted to say how much I've enjoyed your wise comments on JWells site. The one you left on my blog just blew me away. It was singularly beautiful. Your writing is not just wise and helpful, but it is elegant. You have a way of making traditional "self-growth" writing read like some of the GREAT wise poets of past. I am still hearing the "skinny branches." You have a style that is all your own that seduces the reader in a beautiful way. it is often emotionally poetic and evocative. I hope you will continue to express yourself in this way as it is extremely alluring and VERY powerful way.

Hugs to you Mike and Thank you SOOOO much,
Robin

Hi Mike.

I think it is smart to put together a collection of resources like this at times. It is a good way to keep track of relevant items that have been seen. When I did my 2009 recap, I ended up creating a listing of much of my best material of 2009, much of which I had forgotten about.

I have checked out Robin's site and enjoy her warmth.

I appreciate that about the Sites page. I enjoyed making it as well.

Thanks for the post- I especially liked the article on how managers can become better leaders.

I've had lots of managers who just didn't give a flip about me, which really makes the ones who do care stand out!
