@industry and sell– Earthships really are awesome buildings and I’m glad to hear you guys know about them already. I love how they blend form and function and technology so well into building practice which really hasn’t had any kind of revolution for hundreds of years. Rules kill innovation the more you see the stories behind earthships. Rules are meant to be broken….

I do like the Earthship houses, but the alluring thing about the tiny houses, is that you can pick them up and move them anywhere. Some guy has been traveling the US with his and it seems kinda fun. I don’t think I would be able to do that but it’s still fun to dream.

Hi Mike.

I will check out a few of these. I sometimes like to go through sets of resources like this to see various items I had missed in recent days.

I sure did release my vocal interest there, and look to continue to do so in upcoming articles. It is a nice optional component that I am glad to include.

Earthships rock! One day I would love to have a slice of paradise where I can build myself a sustainable, off-grid habitat. I’ll definitely be using the earthship construction technique to build my living space, and square foot gardening techniques to grow my own food.

@sell.. I’ve come across those tiny houses before, quite a lifestyle shock it seems and surprisingly, they really don’t seem that cheap to me. I guess they only suite certain people. I do like how Earthships still offer a lot of living space and all normal functionality in the home, but they to would certainly require a changed lifestyle, just not as drastic.
