Author: J. Allan Hobson
This book was exactly what I was looking for. A little more theory into the mind during the dream state. Hobson clearly explains all aspects of dreaming and gives scientific basis and answers for many of the minds state during dreams.
He also destroys some typical dream myths and clearly shows where dreams are involved in every one of our lives. The understanding of how the mind works in the dream state is presented well in this short book. It has good coverage and light scientific and brain terminalogy so as to easily keep you interested even if you are not a brain surgeon or psychoanalyst.
