Life May 19th, 2008I have a guest post up on one of my favorite blogs today, “The Positivity Blog “, called “Why Worrying Gets You Nowhere and How to Get a Handle on That Destructive Habit “. Its a very popular site and I’m sure any stumble or diggs to the article would still be a big help for me if you find it valuable.
In summary, worrying is a very common trait for many people and the article offers some suggestions and tips to look at ways to overcome that destructive habit. I hope you enjoy it!!

Great article, it’s funny. I have had a very stressfull two weeks and I made it worse on my own with worrying. I saw though that I actually started moving towards the object of my fear and worry. I was making it real and signs were coming in that this was materializing. So when I let go of the worry seeing that if it might come true, there would be nothing I could do about it to change the outcome, my performance changed, I could think more clear and the stress subsided, today it is gone. It’s scary that when you’re not aware how powerful and consuming this worry or fear can be. Thanks for the article, I really hope this reaches loads of people so they may benefit from it.

Thanks Marc and Angel for the comments. BTW: I actually don’t use a blogroll and instead include links I find worthwhile in my articles or links to top commentors at the bottom of my site.
Xander, thanks for the comments on the article, I really appreciate hearing that it has helped you. I too, hope it reaches many as I’ve had a lot of great comments so far about it, which I’m very happy about!
