Derby Management Knowledge Base – A HUGE set of articles about varies management and leadership topics.

Employee Engagement Network – I’ve written a few employee engagement articles and the subject is covered in much more detail at this site, forum and network started by David Zinger.

Altruists International – Some excellent audio resources to help promote social change and altruism.  I’ve specifically linked to the audio section and I’ve been listening to many of John Taylor Gatto’s work on the need to reform today’s school system, which I definitely agree with.

Authentic Happiness – There are a large number of excellent surveys and questionnaires here to help you gauge yourself and your team in a workplace about your level of happiness, satisfaction and your strengths.  Well worth a look!
